Cooking packages include 2 night's accommodations, cooking classes on Saturday and Sunday for 1 participant, dinner both evenings for 2 (gratuity included), breakfast each day for both, afternoon tea, a recipe book and a Manor gift. Our Cooking with Maple Syrup class offers delectables such as Maple_Glazed Grilled Shrimp; Green Salad with Maple Vinaigrette & Maple-Roasted Pecans; Pan-Roasted Duck with Winter Vegetables and Maple Glaze and Maple Creme Brulee. Plus a visit to the Sugar Shack to see how syrup is prepared! Package rates start at $650. Second person in cooking class is an additional $75. Rates do not include 9% NH state tax.

March 2010 : March is Maple Madness Month so join us for an excursion to one of our local maple production farms.
