Celebration June 25 at Verizon Arena to Benefit the New Hampshire Food Bank

Indian Head Resort has been seclected by the editors of New hampshire magazine as "Best of NH 2009" for Family Friendly Resort. The winners will be feted at a
celebration that each year draws more than 2,000 people. It's happening on Thursday,
June 25, at Manchester Verizion Wireless Arena from 6 PM - 8:30 PM.
Partygoers can sample gourmet food from dozens of restaurants, enjoy the entertainment and
take a chance on thousands of dollars in door prizes - all celebrating the best that New
Hampshire has to offer.
"It adds up to one heck of a good time"says Rick Broussard, editor of New Hampshire Magazine.
"And, as a fundraiser for ther New Hampshire Food Bank, it's for a good cause."
Indian Head Resort's owner, Pauline Spanos spoke for the resort's management and staff, saying,
" Indian Head Resort has been a gathering place for generations of families and we are especially proudto be recoginized as a great family friendly resort."
The Spanos family has owned and operated the Indian Head Resort since 1965. Under their management,
the resort has grown from a seasonal business offering a restaurant, some motel rooms and cottages
to a year round business featuring full resort facilities including 100 motel units with large screen
